WHITECOURT SANTA CLAUS PARADE // NOVEMBER 30, 2018
A great opportunity to advertise the Whitecourt ATV Club to our community and young families. Members enter and ride their decorated quads or side-by-sides and help promote the Club in a fun and festive atmosphere.
BIG BANG MUD RUN // SEPTEMBER 16, 2017
At the Big Bang Run Mud, members help with pre-event course riding and with staging (set-up obstacles, water stations, signage, etc.) as well as provide ATVs and volunteer their time at a specific station or for emergency services on the event day. It’s a great way to make a difference in our community and raise extra funds for the Club.
CMRC MX RACES // JULY 1-2, 2017
At the CMRC MX Races, members typically help with flagging (raising cautionary or emergency flags) for each race as well as help with lap counting and race announcement when needed. Volunteers for this event are basically positioned on the track sidelines and up close with the racers making it very thrilling to say the least! A club fundraiser event is to lend a hand to other local organizations in staging their event and making it successful. It’s a great way to make a difference in our community and raise extra funds for the Club.
